Morning + evening practices are optional. Students receiving Inner Light Academy Reiki certification must attend both afternoon Reiki trainings (2:30–6:00 PM PT) live.

Between the Reiki trainings, we’ll weave in yoga, meditation, restorative practice + mantra, giving you space to integrate, receive + simply be.

To receive certification, you must attend both Saturday + Sunday 2:30–6:00 PM PT Reiki trainings live and receive your Level I + II Reiki Attunement Blessings.
Morning yoga + meditation and evening restorative yoga + mantra sessions are encouraged, but optional.

You’re welcome to attend whether you originally trained with me or another Reiki teacher.
You’ll receive your Inner Light Academy Reiki Certificate upon completion of the weekend, recognizing your participation + training in the Inner Light Academy Reiki approach.

Hi, I’m Allison Eaton. 💙
I’m a Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive healer + founder of Inner Light Academy + Inner Light Academy Reiki.
I’ve been practicing + teaching Reiki for nearly two decades, with the privilege of training thousands of students + healers in Reiki along the way.
Reiki remains at the heart of my own spiritual practice + healing work.
Throughout my years of practicing + teaching, I’ve felt deeply guided by Dr. Mikao Usui’s spirit + my own Reiki intuition in how I practice, teach + best serve my students.
My approach has also been shaped through years of facilitating healing sessions, listening deeply + developing an ever-deepening relationship with Reiki flow.
Rooted in the traditional Usui Reiki lineage + the intuitive nature of Reiki practice, Inner Light Academy Reiki honors Reiki’s Japanese roots + traditional practices while remaining open to its living evolution—weaving together intuitive energy healing, heart-centered practice + channeling.
My intention is to help you develop a Reiki practice that feels simple, intuitive + deeply your own—one you can trust, embody + carry with you into your life and healing work.
