Chakra is an ancient Sanskrit word meaning “wheel of light.” There are many of these spiraling light centers existing both inside and outside of the physical body, that carry imprints of all our personal life, history and experiences, influencing how we feel and show up in the world today. The chakra system is a beautiful, colorful map toward knowing the Self. No experience is necessary. This course is open to all who are looking to empower and transform themselves on all levels of body, mind and spirit. Chakra Transformation Course Certification is offered upon completion of the course and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits are available.
