And there's something especially beautiful about learning Reiki from the comfort of your own home. Being in your own sacred space allows you to relax, let go, and become more receptive to the energy, healing, and teachings.
No previous experience necessary. Simply come as you are! 💙
“I will never forget my Reiki attunement with Allison. It was an amazing and beautiful experience. I felt like a glowing goddess with energetic channels that had been cleared or opened for the first time.”

✨ A Simpler, More Intuitive Way to Practice Reiki
Introducing the Inner Light Academy Reiki Method
After nearly two decades of practicing + teaching Reiki, training hundreds of Reiki practitioners, and supporting thousands of students + clients, I've discovered that the deepest Reiki practice is often the simplest.
Rooted in traditional Japanese Usui teachings and enriched with channeled teachings to deepen your Reiki connection + awaken your intuitive gifts, the Inner Light Academy Reiki Method is built upon three foundational principles:
Keep it simple.
Trust your inner guidance.
Let Reiki do the work.
This is the art of Effortless Effort—releasing the need to control or direct the energy and becoming a clear, open channel for Reiki to flow.
Whether you're new to Reiki or deepening your practice, my intention is to help you feel confident, connected + empowered in your natural healing abilities.
Less striving. More allowing. More Reiki flow. 💙

Less overthinking,

Between the Reiki trainings, we’ll weave in Hatha + Restorative yoga, meditation + mantra, giving you space to integrate, receive + simply be.
Make some tea. Light a candle. Create a cozy retreat space. Give yourself permission to slow down + let the rest of the world wait for a little while. ✨
Come for the Reiki training. Stay for the healing, connection + retreat experience. 💙

✨ Meet Your Teacher
Hi, I'm Allison Eaton. 💙
I'm a Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive healer + founder of Inner Light Academy + Inner Light Academy Reiki.
I've been practicing + teaching Reiki for nearly two decades, with the privilege of guiding thousands of students + healers along their spiritual journeys.
Reiki has been at the heart of my own spiritual practice, healing work + life. Over the years, I've witnessed how this simple, loving practice can deepen our intuition, empower our healing abilities + transform the way we connect with ourselves and others.
Throughout my journey, I've felt deeply guided by Dr. Mikao Usui's spirit, my own Reiki intuition + spiritual channeling. Rooted in traditional Japanese Usui teachings, my approach has evolved to weave together intuitive healing, heart-centered practice + unique Reiki symbols and teachings I've personally channeled.
My greatest joy is helping you discover that Reiki doesn't have to be complicated. You can trust your intuition, connect with the Reiki flow + develop a healing practice that feels natural, empowering + deeply your own.
Whether you're beginning or returning to deepen your practice, I can't wait to share the light + joy of Reiki with you!🙌💙
“Allison held the entire Reiki retreat with deep love, compassion, and powerful healing energy. A truly transformational experience.”
