Imagine this: you wake each morning to breathtaking views of red rock, sandstone cliffs, and majestic mountain peaks. You savor a warm cup of coffee or tea as the sun rises, followed by peaceful group meditation and soul-nourishing yoga.
After a delicious, organic breakfast, you’ll enter our sacred healing circles and Akashic Records workshops, where you will unlock access to your higher self, and receive soul-level guidance, wisdom, and clarity for your life journey.
Every meal is thoughtfully crafted by local master chefs, using fresh, organic, seasonal ingredients to nourish the body, mind and spirit. During your breaks, you’ll have the opportunity to rest or meander through over 100 acres of pristine preserve land—including hiking, biking, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature right outside your door.
On one afternoon of the retreat, we will venture to sacred and secret portal sites, where you’ll connect with Utah’s powerful vortex energy—and be guided through healing meditations and activations.

Allison Eaton is a spiritual teacher, Akashic Records Teacher and Reiki Master. She specializes in activating healers, empaths, and yogis to re-connect with their higher self and soul gifts.
Allison has been facilitating transformational retreats, trainings and workshops globally for 18 years. As a highly-gifted spiritual teacher and intuitive healer, she serves as a reflection of your soul’s infinite potential, and an activator of your life purpose and soul mission on Earth.

The retreat center spans over 100 acres of preserved land for walking, hiking, and biking. Swim or paddle board in the pond and experience pure bliss with nightly stargazing.

Our retreat takes place at Sand Creek Homestead, nestled between Torrey, Utah and Capitol Reef National Park— in the heart of ancient, red rock desert land. Set on over 100 acres of preserved natural land, it’s the perfect setting for walking, hiking, and reconnecting with yourself. Step outside your door to embrace the wonder of nature, explore trails or take a refreshing dip in a swimmable pond, and connect with your cosmic origins with nightly stargazing under the Utah sky.

About Torrey, Utah:
Nestled along State Route 24 in Wayne County, Torrey is a charming small town just 8 miles from the stunning Capitol Reef National Park. It’s the perfect gateway to red rock canyons, starry night skies, and peaceful desert landscapes.
Travel Information for Out-of-State Guests:
For those flying in, please arrange your flight to Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). The retreat officially begins (arrival day) on October 2 and ends (departure day) on October 6, although you’re welcome to stay a day later to join us on an incredible post-retreat tour through Capitol Reef National Park. Detailed information about extended stays will be provided upon booking.
Getting to the Retreat Center:
A group airport shuttle service is available for an additional fee per way, provided that your flight arrives on or before 12:30 PM on Oct 2 and departs on or after 2 PM on October 6, (or on October 7 if you are staying the extra day).
You may also book the airport shuttle to pick you up from a near-by SLC airport hotel on the morning of Oct 2. Additional shuttle service details will be shared upon booking.
Alternatively, you may choose to drive your car, or rent a car from the Salt Lake City airport.
It is about a 3 hour, beautiful, scenic drive from the Salt Lake City airport to the retreat center, near Capitol Reef National Park.

7:00 – 7:30 AM: Morning tea, coffee, and fresh fruit to gently start your day
7:30 – 8:00 AM: Group meditation to center and ground
8:00 – 9:00 AM: Yoga for all levels — awaken the body each day with mindful movement
9:00 AM: Mindful breakfast enjoyed in peaceful, desert silence
10:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Sacred Circle & Akashic Records Workshop — deepen your soul connection and explore efficient techniques to access the Akashic Records
1:00 PM: Nourishing, organic lunch
1:00 – 4:15 PM: Free time for rest, reflection, or wandering about the majestic hiking trails on the retreat property. (During one afternoon on the retreat, we’ll embark on a group tour to nearby sacred nature sites, to attune to the vortex energy of this sacred land)
4:15 – 6:00 PM: Sacred Circle & Akashic Records Workshop (continued)
6:00 PM: Organic, delicious dinner shared with your retreat friends
7:30 – 9:00 PM: Evening activities to relax, release and inspire — options may include Restorative Yoga, bonfire under the stars, sacred music/chanting, star gazing, and immersive sound bath healing with gongs and crystal bowls.
