Our retreat takes place at Sand Creek Homestead, nestled between Torrey, Utah and Capitol Reef National Park, in the heart of a breathtaking red rock desert surrounded by rugged mountain peaks. Set on over 100 acres of preserved natural land, it’s the perfect setting for walking, hiking, and biking. Step outside your door to reconnect with nature, explore winding trails, take a refreshing dip in a swimmable pond, and soak in the stunning, untouched landscape.

At checkout, you may choose either a single or shared accommodation. Please review the options below and let us know your housing preference when you complete your booking. All bookings are on first-come, first-serve basis, and we will do our best to accommodate your specific housing request.

About Torrey, Utah:
Nestled along State Route 24 in Wayne County, Torrey is a charming small town just 8 miles from the stunning Capitol Reef National Park. It’s the perfect gateway to red rock canyons, starry night skies, and peaceful desert landscapes.
Travel Information for Out-of-State Guests:
For those flying in, please arrange your flight to Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). The retreat officially begins on October 2 and ends on October 6, though you’re welcome to stay a day later if you wish. Detailed information about extended stays, including additional costs, will be provided once your retreat booking is confirmed.
Getting to the Retreat Center:
A group airport shuttle service is available for an additional fee per way. More shuttle service details will be shared with you upon booking. Alternatively, you may choose to drive your car, or rent a car from the Salt Lake City airport. We’re happy to assist with carpool connections for those interested in sharing a rental car with fellow attendees. It is about a 3 hour, beautiful, scenic drive from the Salt Lake City airport to the retreat center, near Capitol Reef National Park.

7:00 – 7:30 AM: Morning tea, coffee, and fresh fruit to gently start your day.
7:30 – 8:00 AM: Guided meditation to center and ground.
8:00 – 9:00 AM: Gentle Yoga for all levels — awaken the body with mindful movement.
9:00 AM: Mindful breakfast enjoyed in peaceful silence.
10:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Akashic Records Circle & Workshop — deepen your soul connection and explore efficient techniques to access the Records.
1:00 PM: Nourishing, delicious lunch.
1:00 – 4:15 PM: Free time for rest, reflection, or wandering the majestic hiking trails. (One afternoon, we’ll embark on a group adventure to nearby sacred nature sites.)
4:15 – 6:00 PM: Akashic Records Circle & Workshop (continued).
6:00 PM: Wholesome, flavorful dinner shared in good company.
7:30 – 9:00 PM: Evening activities to soothe and inspire — options may include Restorative Yoga, bonfires under the stars, sacred music, chanting, star gazing, and immersive sound bath healing with gongs and crystal bowls.
